Junior IT Financial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end monthly reconciliation process for IT-related credit card expenses, ensuring all receipts are collected and coded within deadlines.
• Perform detailed audits of IT spend to ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies or unauthorized charges.
• Identify automation opportunities using Generative AI tools to streamline receipt collection and transaction categorization.
• Monitor software procurement requests within Jira Service Management to ensure timely service delivery and workflow transparency.
• Maintain accurate financial records to support the IT Portfolio team with monthly reporting and budget alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact between IT stakeholders, credit card holders, and the Finance department.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in an operational financial role, specifically in expense management or IT financial coordination.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade ERP or expense tools (e.g., Oracle, Workday Expenses, SAP Concur).
• Advanced proficiency in using Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for data organization and process automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness in auditing financial line items.
• Assertive and professional English communication skills.

• Basic understanding of IT terminology, including SaaS, Cloud, and Hardware, to ensure accurate expense categorization.
