Junior IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day M365 IT support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues efficiently
• Navigate the Azure dashboard to monitor systems and assist with basic cloud operations
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts and devices
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory through diligent asset administration
• Identify repetitive tasks and contribute to automation and documentation efforts
• Coordinate with vendors to support procurement and operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT support with business needs

• Strong interest in IT support, cloud technologies, and systems administration
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for asset tracking and checklists
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Open to new graduates or early-career professionals demonstrating curiosity and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to network infrastructure support
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto)
• Experience with Windows/macOS environments, MDM tools, or SaaS platforms
• Interest or experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
