Junior International Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for new ingredient requests across Culinary, Product, and Procurement teams
• Own the workflow for new ingredient requests and act as a gatekeeper for standardized processes
• Align with local NID/Ingredient Specialists to ensure sourcing tasks meet critical paths
• Review new ingredient requisition proposals for completeness before supplier connection
• Manage stakeholder engagement between local and international teams
• Coordinate new developments with Category Managers, sensory testing, Culinary, and FSQA
• Facilitate SKU onboarding and coordinate new SKU creation across markets
• Support Category Managers in cost-saving initiatives through SKU catalog management and consolidation
• Support SKU improvement initiatives to optimize specifications or formulations

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Food Science, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, or Agritech procurement
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in change management and process improvement
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills
