Junior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Designers in all phases of high-end design projects from concept to completion
• Prepare design documentation, mood boards, 2D/3D presentations, and renderings
• Support space planning, FF&E documentation, and procurement processes
• Oversee the production of 3D visuals and prepare material and finishes schedules
• Attend site visits to monitor progress and create meeting minutes (MOM) and reports
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely updates
• Maintain organized project records, including emails, reports, and signed approvals
• Assist in managing the sample room and keeping material inventories up-to-date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, and PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car is mandatory
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings both within and outside Dubai
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
