Junior Integration & Separation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support M&A operations including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for international groups and investment funds
• Identify operational challenges to help clients maximize transaction value
• Estimate synergies for mergers and acquisitions and identify separation issues for carve-outs
• Review legal documentation related to transactions, such as Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
• Develop integration, separation, and transformation strategies and implementation plans
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of integration or separation processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Strategy, Finance, Technology, and People & Change
• Assist in business development activities and responses to calls for tender

Requirements

• Degree from a top-tier Engineering or Business school (or equivalent university degree)
• Significant professional experience through internships or apprenticeships in consulting or within a large corporation
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle complex subject matter with rigor
