Junior Innovation and Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work sessions with business users to gather and understand requirements.
• Document functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up agreements to guarantee traceability of decisions.
• Monitor projects and requirements to ensure timely delivery and compliance with deadlines.
• Support the management of innovation initiatives by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, testing, etc.).
• Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed technological solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement within processes and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or software development support.
• Experience in requirement analysis, project tracking, and functional/technical documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
• Proficiency in creating functional documents such as User Stories and Use Cases.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira and Excel.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills.
