About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on internal projects to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze, document, and update business processes using BPMN standards.
- Create process diagrams (AS-IS and TO-BE) and conduct requirement understanding sessions.
- Prepare executive presentations and daily activity reports.
- Monitor project status, progress, and team compliance with deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Interact with Architecture, Development, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Bizagi, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN standards and process logic.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to work onsite in Mexico City.
- Availability for relocation if necessary.
