Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and curate creators aligned with campaign objectives and brand requirements
- Assist in influencer shortlisting, outreach, and campaign planning
- Review influencer content concepts, scripts, and deliverables for brand alignment
- Coordinate content feedback and approvals between creators, agencies, and stakeholders
- Monitor platform trends and emerging creator formats
- Manage day-to-day coordination with influencers and talent agencies
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and publishing schedules
- Compile post-campaign reports and performance summaries
- Maintain influencer databases and reporting dashboards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging creator platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
