Junior Industrial Support & Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and sales engineers via telephone and on-site visits
• Assist in pre-sales for high-potential projects and post-sales for technical issues and maintenance
• Train new sales engineers on product knowledge and technical skills
• Manage various technical or transverse projects to optimize internal company processes

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, instrumentation, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent pedagogical and communication skills for training purposes
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel to client sites across France

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in diverse industrial sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, and food processing
• Strong sense of customer service and empathy
