Junior Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize internal processes to ensure consistency across multidisciplinary work teams
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality and efficiency of assembly and test operations
• Design and implement tools to assess the productivity of various corporate sectors
• Act as a positive initiator of change by suggesting new concepts and implementing corrective actions
• Communicate effectively with program management, design, procurement, test, and quality assurance teams
• Improve quality and security standards within production and test areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN principles
• Eligibility to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level
• Ability to pass security assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism in English and French
• Proficiency with MS Office and Visio
• Knowledge of FlexSim
• Experience in project management
• Previous experience within the aerospace sector
