Junior HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for daily HRIS functional support and global end-user troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve technical and functional issues reported via ServiceNow.
• Provide support for global HR applications, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and EFront (LMS).
• Troubleshoot multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, Compensation, Time-off, and Reporting.
• Conduct end-user training to improve system adoption and user experience.
• Document system processes, troubleshooting steps, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Participate in SuccessFactors release testing and validation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Basic to intermediate administration knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
• Familiarity with HRIS ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in training or coaching end-users.
