Junior HRIS Project Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the modernization and transformation of the HR Information System (SIRH)
• Map the current IT landscape and target solutions in collaboration with domain architects
• Participate in benchmark studies for new software solutions
• Contribute to the implementation and integration of new digital HR tools
• Support the migration of the application park to the cloud

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Engineering degree in a digital-related field
• Knowledge of project management principles (planning, risk tracking, monitoring)
• Understanding of IT architecture, including data, interfaces, and APIs
• Data and flow-oriented mindset with an interest in security and GDPR compliance
• English proficiency at a B2 level
• Strong ability to structure and synthesize information into clear presentations and reports
