Junior HR Project Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support impeccable service operations by utilizing in-depth process and service knowledge
• Drive the standardization and simplification of processes as a co-owner of standard operating procedures
• Ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Provide input for the development of training materials
• Analyze and report on process exceptions and offer actionable recommendations for improvement
• Lead sustainable continuous improvement processes for the team

Requirements

• Experience in a specific HR process area or workstream
• Experience working within a shared service organization
• Proven ability in process design, mapping, and business requirement gathering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively as a team player
