About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute local HR processes and benefits administration, including leave and flexible benefits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues via phone, chat, and email.
- Support HR Business Partners, Payroll, and People Managers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with audits, quality controls, and the maintenance of work instructions and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HBO degree in Human Resource Management.
- Experience handling complex HR issues and inquiries.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
