Junior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage personnel administration and daily HR inquiries
• Support work environment (arbetsmiljö) initiatives
• Assist with payroll preparation
• Support managers and employees with operational HR tasks

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
• Strong digital proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Valid B-driver's license
• Structured, communicative, and detail-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the green industry
• Previous experience in HR or payroll work
