Junior HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure HR data from various sources to ensure high data quality
• Perform data analyses and produce clear, actionable reports for decision-making
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel
• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to business teams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain process documentation
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
• Provide user support and training for new systems and features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in analytical tools, specifically Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Solid understanding of database and modeling concepts
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Understanding of HR data domains including headcount, hires, terminations, and turnover
