Junior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals
• Provide advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits
• Collaborate with OD to drive performance management and talent development
• Support recruitment efforts and employer branding in collaboration with TA
• Drive HR strategies including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Support manpower planning and resource readiness
• Collaborate on compensation & benefits benchmarking
• Implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations
• Analyse HR metrics to enhance efficiency
• Manage day-to-day HR operations with the Shared Services team

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles
• Experience in a multi-national corporation (MNC) environment
• Proven track record in implementing HR programmes
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
