Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals
- Provide advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits
- Collaborate with OD to drive performance management and talent development
- Support recruitment efforts and employer branding in collaboration with TA
- Drive HR strategies including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Support manpower planning and resource readiness
- Collaborate on compensation & benefits benchmarking
- Implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations
- Analyse HR metrics to enhance efficiency
- Manage day-to-day HR operations with the Shared Services team
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles
- Experience in a multi-national corporation (MNC) environment
- Proven track record in implementing HR programmes
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
