Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee master data
- Processing accident and illness reports
- Handling child allowance registrations
- Communicating with authorities and social insurance institutions
- Support with monthly payroll processing
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with an interest in Human Resources
- Initial experience in personnel administration
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Good English skills
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 20%) to Basel
