About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and commercial strategies within the hotel and on-premise channels in Tulum.
- Manage personnel and lead client negotiations to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies, activations, and promotions.
- Administer budgets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, or a related field (Degree and Professional License required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or supervision within the hotel/on-premise or self-service channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Valid Type C driver's license.
- Availability to travel and work with a flexible schedule.
