Junior Hospital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the generic product range and assist with new product launches
• Build service offerings for healthcare professionals, specifically hospital pharmacists
• Assist in preparing responses and dossiers for public tenders in collaboration with the market department
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence monitoring
• Contribute to the brand plan and execute tactical plans through direct marketing operations
• Develop multi-channel marketing strategies in coordination with the Digital Marketing department
• Design and create innovative promotional and commercial tools in collaboration with KOLs
• Define and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies for the Hospital Business Unit
• Manage social impact projects, such as digital platforms for cancer patients
• Support the digital transformation of the Hospital BU and manage B2B commercial portals
• Participate in seminars, congresses, and internal team meetings

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Pharmacy or Business School with a specialization in Marketing
• Previous operational experience in a pharmaceutical marketing department or a dedicated pharma marketing agency
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and digital tools
• Ability to work autonomously, rigorously, and cross-functionally
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong diplomacy and persuasion skills
