Responsibilities

• Execute pricing and discount strategies by identifying and negotiating with new partners for acquisition campaigns
• Manage and monitor performance for Referral and Win-back (reactivation) acquisition channels
• Coordinate growth operations including campaign setup, asset coordination, and operational troubleshooting
• Support the retention roadmap through initiative implementation, tracking, and cross-team coordination
• Document test pipelines and provide data-driven recommendations to global teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or similar operational roles
• Strong expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and dashboard creation
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking and context
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized
• Clear communication skills with ability to document complex processes
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• High adaptability to a fast-paced scale-up environment
