Junior Growth Associate

Responsibilities

• Hunt and translate social trends from TikTok and ad libraries into actionable creative strategies
• Manage growth execution and performance tracking for assigned live mobile game titles
• Utilize AI tools daily to analyze data and automate workflows
• Collaborate with UA and Product teams to launch and optimize test campaigns
• Identify new growth opportunities and iterate based on results

Requirements

• First experience in growth, creative content, or social media
• Sharp eye for viral social media trends and culture
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools for productivity
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ad creatives or performance marketing
• Exposure to mobile User Acquisition (UA) or growth hacking
• Knowledge of Meta Ad Library or UA8
