Junior Growth Associate

Responsibilities

• Hunt and translate social trends from TikTok and ad libraries into actionable creative strategies for mobile games
• Manage growth execution for assigned live titles, tracking performance and iterating based on results
• Utilize AI tools daily to analyze data, automate workflows, and accelerate decision-making
• Collaborate with UA and Product teams to launch and optimize test campaigns that drive measurable uplift
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities and push the boundaries of creative execution

Requirements

• First experience in growth, creative content, or social media
• A sharp eye for viral trends and the ability to connect social culture to gaming audiences
• An AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to improve productivity and experimentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ad creatives, performance marketing, or social content production
• Basic exposure to mobile User Acquisition (UA), growth hacking, or community building
• Knowledge of tools such as Meta Ad Library, UA8, or similar analytics platforms
