Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design graphic pieces for social media, digital, point of sale, and printed materials following brand guidelines
• Create campaign adaptations for different formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
• Prepare final files for production ensuring correct technical specifications and output quality
• Collaborate with copy, account, and strategy teams to understand briefs and project objectives
• Perform design adjustments and corrections based on feedback from clients and internal teams
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and visual proposals
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets and creative area work files
• Support photo retouching, image composition, and preparation of presentation materials
• Follow up on assigned projects meeting established deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Advanced English proficiency
