Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and conceptualize graphic pieces for digital campaigns to drive project objectives
• Adapt creative materials for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
• Support the development of visual concepts with fresh, human-centric ideas
• Manage, optimize, and export visual assets specifically for social media and digital media
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure visual execution aligns with strategy
• Apply and safeguard brand guidelines across all executions to ensure excellence

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in design or similar roles (junior/recent graduate profile)
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Knowledge of formats, resolutions, and best practices for social media and digital media

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
• Certifications in digital design, creativity, or innovation
