Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Provide design production support for digital, email, social, and print deliverables
• Create and update assets for eCommerce site updates, campaign toolkits, and social channels
• Own email production workflow from brief through completion in partnership with Copywriter and CRM teams
• Support print collateral such as pamphlets, packaging, and in-store graphics
• Manage projects in Workfront and maintain organized file structures
• Assist with creative concepts and execute agency and internal direction as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across online and offline marketing materials
• Edit video content and create illustrations, iconography, and custom graphics

Requirements

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and print formatting
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, photography, or video editing
• Illustration experience and familiarity with emerging AI tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
