Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and optimize high-impact digital display and video ad formats for mobile and desktop
• Transform static client assets into rich, interactive, and mobile-optimized digital formats
• Manage day-to-day graphic asset preparation, video cutting, and motion transitions
• Ensure all creative executions align with client brand guidelines and technical specifications
• Support design and creative strategy teams by building elegant PowerPoint presentation decks
• Partner with Sales and Ad Operations teams to coordinate deployment and gather project specs

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related creative field
• Prior professional graphic design or motion design experience
• Proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma
• Exceptional PowerPoint capabilities for modern slide design
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
• Portfolio demonstrating clean design layouts and motion graphics

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of digital video standards, mobile ad metrics, and tracking tags (HTML5, VAST)
• Experience with video compression and file-size optimization
