Junior Global Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies for the Insider One Development Team to attract top-tier technical talent
• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, optimizing for quality, time, and cost to hire
• Conduct telephone and job interviews while acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a charming candidate experience
• Manage and support all stages of the recruitment process, accompanying candidates throughout their journey
• Cooperate with management teams to develop talent and implement effective HR practices
• Contribute to the creation of policies that support company business objectives and participate in various HR projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse backgrounds

• Previous experience in technical recruitment
