Junior Global Innovation Buyer

Responsibilities

• Support the Commodity Leader in defining and implementing the Innovation strategy for new product commodities.
• Align innovation strategies with global commodity buyers to ensure consistency across projects.
• Contribute to the management of all purchasing commodities for the Exterior and Lighting business group, including raw materials, injection molds, and steel parts.
• Manage and track non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with suppliers and handle renewals.
• Maintain the OPmobility purchasing platform (Tempo) by creating new suppliers and updating data.
• Organize upcoming sourcing schedules, draft meeting minutes, and update sourcing platforms.
• Manage innovation purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers once sourcing is validated.
• Support project buyers and gradually take the lead on innovation purchasing topics, from requirement definition to tender analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Purchasing or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is a plus.
