Junior Full Stack Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across the stack, from frontend to backend and integrations
• Use AI IDEs to ship features at high speed while maintaining quality
• Manage day-to-day tasks including bugs, tests, and deploys
• Absorb architecture and production thinking from senior engineering partners

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience building real products full-stack
• AI-native mindset or willingness to use AI coding tools extensively
• Solid fundamentals in modern frontend and backend development
• Generalist mindset with a high-output, low-ego approach
• Ability to work onsite in HSR, Bengaluru

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with LLM API integration and RAG/vector databases
• Basic knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and Docker
