Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes surrounding camper vans, from preparation to return
• Assist with vehicle preparation and support the team hands-on
• Provide technical guidance, instruction, and motivation to team members
• Participate actively in training and development sessions
• Inspect returned vehicles, document irregularities, and report to HQ
• Coordinate with specialist partners for larger repairs
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a related field
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and ability to stay organized under stress
• Solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
