Responsibilities
- Coordinate processes surrounding camper vans, from preparation to return
- Assist with vehicle preparation and support the team hands-on
- Provide technical guidance, instruction, and motivation to team members
- Participate actively in training and development sessions
- Inspect returned vehicles, document irregularities, and report to HQ
- Coordinate with specialist partners for larger repairs
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a related field
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and ability to stay organized under stress
- Solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Valid Class B driver's license
