Junior Fuel Specialist – Oils and Lubricants

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year intensive development program within the Lubricants department
• Support daily logistics processes and coordinate transport shipments from plants to customers
• Manage ERP data entry, including recording warehouse operations (receipts, issues, transfers) and creating MM documents
• Verify purchasing documents, including invoices and documentation related to the purchase, storage, and delivery of lubricants
• Assist in operational planning by collaborating on short-term and long-term plans
• Support the sales department in executing sales plans and exchanging operational information
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for internal companies and the MOL Group

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, or a related field
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, charts)
• Proactive, ambitious, and result-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork skills and a desire to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP
