Junior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial administration support for internal Franchise Sales and Development teams.
• Assist in the preparation of the compensation administration process and calculate payouts accurately.
• Support forecasting, tracking, and reporting of key performance metrics through dashboards and scorecards.
• Partner with FP&A to analyze and implement compensation plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain planning governance and data integrity.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for commission payment activities.
• Input and validate budget line items in Hyperion to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven experience preparing sales commission statements.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems and ERP platforms such as HFM, Oracle, or SAP.
• Strong Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) skills, including Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Shared Services or multinational corporate environment.
• Strong ability to consolidate large datasets and identify financial performance drivers.
