Requirements

• Previous experience in footwear design
• Ability to produce high quality work to targets and tight deadlines
• Flair for design with great creativity and imagination
• Passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of major and emerging brands
• Ability to produce original ideas based on upcoming trends
• Flexibility to forge a strong branded aesthetic across multiple product categories
• Confidence in presenting designs formally and informally
• Practical knowledge and experience of production methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Carvela, its collections, and the brand
