Junior Footwear Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director and product development team across the footwear design process
• Create CADs, mockups, sketches, and technical packages/specifications
• Research materials, trends, and consumer insights to inform new concepts
• Assist with prototypes, color presentations, sourcing packages, and vendor communication
• Help maintain the materials library and support day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design
• At least 2 years of footwear design experience or a strong equivalent internship
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw
• Strong hand sketching and computer sketching skills
• Knowledge of footwear construction, textiles, patterns, and fit
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
