Junior Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for camper vans, from minor tasks to preparing vehicles for upcoming trips
• Perform simple repairs and conduct safety checks to ensure vehicles remain in top condition
• Carefully document damages and completed maintenance work
• Ensure all team members identify and correctly report damages
• Find practical solutions to balance repairs and bookings to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and manual dexterity
• Reliability and a structured way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication
• Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset under pressure
• Driving license Class B
