About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all processes regarding camper vans
- Oversee vehicle preparation and detailing
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to preparation agents
- Participate in agent training and proactive development
- Inspect camper vans upon return, assess damages, and report to HQ
- Initiate necessary repairs and ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and resilience
- Fluent German and solid English
- Valid Class B driver's license
