Junior Fleet Care Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes surrounding camper vans from preparation to return
• Assist with vehicle preparation and support the team actively
• Provide technical guidance, instruction, and motivation to team members
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen team development
• Inspect returned vehicles, document irregularities, and report to HQ
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate professional partners for larger repairs
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar
• Friendly, open, and communicative approach to customer service
• Hands-on mentality and ability to stay organized under stress
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Driving license Class B
