Junior Financial Operator

Responsibilities

• Input information into customer financing proposals
• Collect customer financing contract signatures
• Provide support and guidance on warranty replacement, rights assignment, and bank fees
• Distribute financing tables upon request
• Request competitive interest rates from banks
• Maintain weekly reports on sales, approved/denied applications, and bank transfers for supervisors
• Verify customer documentation for the credit desk and payment sector
• Prepare, envelope, and label document batches for shipment
• Re-analyze pending or denied bank proposals
• Resolve flow and after-sales issues with end customers (payment books, contract reversals, and receipts)
• Monitor and supply dealerships with financing contract kits
• Deliver registered contracts in mandatory locations
• Maintain contact with dealership networks including sales, management, and finance teams

Requirements

• Higher education in Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Previous experience with automotive financing processes
• Knowledge of bank rates, calculations, and financial mathematics
• Customer service experience
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
