Junior Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Support monthly P&L reporting with management commentary for regional and HQ stakeholders
• Participate in the preparation of planning scenarios, including estimates, forecasts, and risk/opportunity assessments
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for the management team and key stakeholders
• Act as a business partner to Marketing teams, supporting budget planning, monitoring, and financial business cases for new product launches
• Manage P&L consolidation for markets within the Western Europe Management Entity (DACH, BENELUX)
• Prepare financial KPI and brand dashboards using BI tools
• Support Group Finance Transformation projects and the development of the existing BI and reporting landscape

Requirements

• University degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or controlling (via internships or junior roles)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, proactive mentality
• Fluent in both written and verbal German and English
• Ability to work independently and challenge the status quo
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) or BI tools (Tagetik, Jedox, Power BI) is a plus
