Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic financial statements such as P&L reports and account summaries to stakeholders
• Analyze monthly and ad hoc variances across accounts and investigate deviations from forecasts
• Assist in developing and maintaining sales and financial forecasts
• Identify and research posting errors, misclassifications, and system-related discrepancies
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, and RGM teams to explain drivers of financial performance
• Support month-end close activities and maintain data integrity
• Document processes and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA systems and reporting tools
