Junior Finance Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support organizational transformation, including shared service centers and global business services, through financial process optimization.
• Assist in performance management by designing business plans, financial modeling, and defining dashboards.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects involving finance digitalization tools such as process mining, RPA, AI, and data visualization.
• Support green finance initiatives by helping finance departments implement ESG and sustainable finance strategies.
• Provide financial support during corporate integration and separation projects.
• Participate in team development, including commercial proposals, recruitment, and departmental animation.

Requirements

• Higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• Previous experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or work-study program in audit, consulting, or a corporate finance/management control function.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• Strong analytical skills and a capacity for synthesis.
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
