Junior Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Manage bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and invoicing
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances with timely filings
• Assist in monthly closures, MIS preparation, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors for compliance and audits
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, credit notes, PO, and agreements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a CA firm or startup
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, basic analysis)
• Experience with accounting tools like Zoho Books or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
