Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries
• Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies
• Perform daily cash applications for customer payments
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices
• Resolve simple customer queries and escalate complex cases as needed
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end/quarter-end closing, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with v-lookups and pivot tables
• Fluent in French (C1 level) and good English skills (C1 level)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in finance operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
