Junior Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily field activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and technical standards
• Act as the client's representative on-site to ensure visibility and execution control
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with norms and standards
• Validate construction methods and best practices
• Identify technical deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions
• Interact with contractors, engineering teams, and project management
• Support the verification of executed services for measurement purposes
• Ensure critical activities are executed according to planning and technical requirements
• Contribute to safety, quality, and productivity requirements
• Support technical inspections and field records
• Report status, risks, and deviations to the project management team

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Extensive experience in construction execution, preferably industrial
• Practical experience in field supervision
• Knowledge of steel structure execution and concrete flooring
• Familiarity with construction management processes
• Availability for 100% onsite work in Guarulhos/SP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-complexity industrial projects
• Experience with on-site quality control
• Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary projects
