Junior Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software field support, including system installation, maintenance, calibration, upgrades, and repair
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on Vascular capital equipment
• Document all field service interventions and report capital equipment incidents according to QA system requirements
• Provide technical assistance and support for in-house training courses and medical congresses
• Deliver system maintenance and troubleshooting training to customer biomedical engineering departments and internal staff
• Manage extensive national and international travel as required by business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a similar field
• Prior experience in medical electronics service or a related field service role
• Strong electronic and mechanical engineering skills, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and Linux operating systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and respond to scheduling requirements at short notice
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cathlab or operating room procedures and protocols
• Experience with software-based medical systems
