About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospecting through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunities
- Qualifying leads and managing follow-ups to advance the sales pipeline
- Conducting product demos for medical professionals and managing objections
- Managing the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signature
- Acting as a point of contact during product installation and initial training
- Updating CRM and monitoring KPIs such as conversion and win rates
Requirements
- Previous direct customer-facing sales experience (e.g., retail, hospitality)
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience working towards KPIs
- Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic attitude
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the assigned area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector
- Good level of English
