Junior Fiduciary Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative functions to support fiduciary analyst processes
• Manage billing and collections for the department, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up
• Support fiduciary operations including fee applications, account openings, and contract management
• Collect, digitize, and capture information for system registration of new clients
• Prepare timely reports for the Fiduciary Products Directorate and assist in obtaining information for AML (PLD) compliance

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in administrative functions, data entry, and billing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and effective communication skills
