Junior Fatigue & DT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures
• Assess crack initiation, crack growth, and structural durability using Airbus standards and working practices
• Generate fatigue substantiation reports and inspection threshold assessments
• Support structural modifications and repairs from an F&DT perspective

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Fatigue & DT analysis within the aerospace industry
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
• Proficiency in MSC Nastran, Patran/HyperMesh, and CATIA V5
• Fluency in Spanish and a minimum of B1 English level
• Experience working with Aerospace OEMs, Tiers, or Suppliers on specific stress activities
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail regarding engineering standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Airbus methods and tools
• Proficiency in Python or VBA
• Experience with Excel for engineering data management
