About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Farm Store Manager with daily operations
- Develop, improve, and renew work procedures and systems
- Set staff rosters, work schedules, and allocate hours
- Maintain information regarding the ERS clocking system
- Manage small change and assist with cash transactions
- Handle merchandising and man the floor
- Manage stock using FIFO rotation
- Place internal orders and process transactions on the Symphony system
- Send invoices
Requirements
- Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier
- Experience with clocking systems
- Experience with SAGE staff management system
